About Us

Under the direction of Dr. Christopher Hahn, The Northern Hills Community Band provides summer band concerts in and around the Black Hills of South Dakota. The group is composed of multiple generations of musicians who have shared their musical talents and entertained for more than a century.

Also known as the Northern Black Hills Society for the Preservation of the Performing Arts, the group is a registered non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
