Ways to Donate

The following are some of the areas where you can help, both on an annual basis, and through endowed donations.

No amount is too small or large.

Gold Level: $10,000+

Donors at this level will have their name affixed to the Band's banner and listed in the program for every concert in perpetuity. Donors may provide one page of marketing material to be distributed with the program during each concert.

Silver Level: $5,000 - $9,999

Donors at this level will be listed in the program for each concert in perpetuity. Donors may also provide one page of marketing material to be distributed with the program during each concert.

Sponsor a Concert Chair: $5,000

This gift supports the Band in its most basic and important mission: bringing musical excellence to the Black Hills of South Dakota. Donors at this level will be listed in the program for every concert in perpetuity.

Bronze Level: $1,000 - $4,999

Donors at this level will be listed in the program every concert in perpetuity.

Scholarship: $1,000 and up

We are honored to support our youth members in their pursuit of higher education. Endowment of a scholarship will provide tuition assistance to qualified band members attending a two- or four-year degree-granting program. Awards are made at the summer annual meeting based on candidate's commitment to the Band, musical excellence, and leadership qualities. Endowed scholarships may be established to commemorate an individual, or to honor specific qualities as desired.

Friends of the Northern Hills Community Band: $25 - $999

Donors at this level will have their name listed in the program for the duration of the season.

Co-Sponsor a Concert: $250

Donors at this level will be publicly thanked during the concert that they have co-sponsored. Donors will have their name listed in the program for the specific concert.
